Troubled Brooke Mueller was unsteady on her feet as she left a Hollywood restaurant last night.
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, who only recently finished her latest stint in rehab, stumbled out of the restaurant and then tumbled onto the pavement.
The mother-of-two had walked inside holding hands with boyfriend Jaron Lowenstein, appearing happy and relaxed.
But it was a different story when she left looking bleary-eyed and worse for wear.

Jaron grabbed Brooke's shoulders, but he was not able to keep her on her feet.
Her platforms probably didn't help. The 34-year-old teamed the huge boots with tan coloured leather trousers and a sheer black top.
She completed her look with a headband across her forehead and several native American style necklaces.
Brook's new man Jaron is a 38-year-old indie rock musician from Georgia.
The two reportedly met last year at a party while she was in the process of reconciling with Charlie Sheen.

In May it was revealed that Brooke had made yet another trip to rehab.
After media reports emerged saying she was struggling to stay clean, Brooke's legal representatives claimed 'she went back as part of a pre-scheduled maintenance program approved by a judge'.
Yale Galanter said his client arranged four separate trips to rehab following her guilty plea for cocaine possession just a few weeks earlier.
Each trip, scheduled to take place over the course of the year, was to encourage her to stay clean after she relapsed previously at home in LA.

Before that, Brooke left rehab in February, after being treated for substance abuse following an arrest in Colorado for cocaine possession.
She also entered a treatment facility in December, shortly after being arrested in Colorado for cocaine possession.
After two months as an in-patient, she then moved to an out-patient program in order to begin her transition back to normal life.

It is the longest she has ever stayed in treatment.
After returning home, she was photographed spending time with her twin sons Bob and Max.
Brooke pleaded guilty to cocaine possession and avoided jail after striking a plea deal in court in 19 March.
