A caged brown bear has bitten off the arm of a 'drunk' man who tried to feed the animal at a Russian roadside cafe.  Andrey Sakharovsky, 42, was rushed to hospital after the terrifying incident, which occurred in Siberia's Irkutsk region. Staff had sold Mr Sakharovsky cans of condensed milk in order to feed the three brown bears kept by the cafe to attract customers.
